Ricardo is from Brazil, but thanks to his wife Valeria, who was born in Shumen, he has the opportunity to visit Bulgaria a number of times. He learns to read the Cyrillic alphabet and embarks on many adventures in Bulgarian towns and villages. Although his birthplace is on the other side of the world, Ricardo is Bulgarian at heart, and when there is rakia, Shopska salad and dancing, he feels in the right place.
